Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at or visit our store. Online orders can be mailed back to the store address, at the shippers expense, within the 30 day period. Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund/exchange.



Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Keep all packaging, boxes and broken pieces. The Threaded Cork will file the claim and either credit you or ship you a replacement. If the exact item is not available, we will replace it with a piece that is comparable only if it meets with your approval.

We ask that you contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving the order. PLEASE NOTE: If we are not notified about breakage within the first 48 hours of receipt we will not be able to help you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "Last Call" items or gift cards.
