Love Swept Blouse

Oversized blouse with ruched notched v-neck and puff 3/4 sleeves. Beautiful fresh fall print on a lightweight woven fabric. The cut is looser up too and slightly tapered to the bottom hem. This still runs oversized and we suggest sizing down one.
